Mohamed Salah has completed a Premier League awards double for October by winning the Budweiser Goal of the Month.
Salah, who is also the EA SPORTS Player of the Month for October, claims the Goal award for his superb solo effort for Liverpool against Manchester City.
He showed sublime skill and strength to weave through three Man City players, before twisting and turning past a fourth then drilling a shot beyond Ederson from a tight angle.
The goal in a thrilling 2-2 draw at Anfield was one of two from Salah that made the Budweiser Goal of the Month shortlist for October, the Egyptian repeating the trick with a similar solo run and finish at Watford.
It is the second time Salah has claimed the award, after winning it in January this year for a brilliant counter-attacking goal at West Ham United.
He is also the first winner of the Player and Goal awards in the same month since Jesse Lingard with West Ham in April 2021.
Salah's Anfield strike was chosen as the best after the votes of a panel of experts wre combined with those of the public.
