Childline is a free and confidential service for children and young people up to their 19^th birthday.

You can contact Childline to get help and advice about anything from abuse and bullying to exam stress and relationships. They are available any time, day or night. You can contact them by phone, by email or through their 1-2-1 counselling or chat service.
