We are the Premier League. We control the Website, the App and the Fantasy game. We make sure they are run properly and do not break the law.

If you want to play the Fantasy game or use the App then you do have to register. You must have the permission of your parent/guardian to do this.

We also use small pieces of data called cookies. They are often used to remember useful information, such as your login details, and can help you use the Website. If you go to Premier League matches or other events, we may collect your personal data when we film or photograph those events.

When you register a Premier League account you are asked if you want to receive emails with information from us or your favourite Clubs or the Commercial Partners who sponsor us.
We will only do this if your parent/guardian agrees. You and they can change your minds at any time if you no longer want to receive this information (please read the next Q below).

We need to give your Personal Data to other people who help us to provide the Website and App including to run the Fantasy game and other competitions. We are still in control of that data.
